Phoenix Core is permanently crossed by a lot of different travelers aside from player characters. Animals, ghouls, adventurers, slavers and even super mutants are wandering the city ruins.
- Regularly, patrol groups spawn on the edges of Core maps. They travel from one side to the other and then leave.
- Different groups travel on different maps. In general, more dangerous groups travel at the center of the city.
- Faction guards are regularly patrolling on Gate maps, protecting players from the same faction.
- Taking control of a zone allows guards from the controlling faction to start patrolling the area. The farther the zone is from the faction's headquarters, the less guards will patrol it.
